- 50 ml Tequila smooth and clean, ideal for infusions
- 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice freshly squeezed (avoid bottled juice for best flavour)
- 2-3 Jalapeños with or without seeds depending on desired heat
- 15 ml Agave Syrup can be substituted with clear honey in equal quantity
- 20 ml Triple Sec Cointreau is recommended for a premium citrus note
- 1 tbsp Chilli Salt/Tajín 1 tablespoon to coat the rim of the glass
- 5-6 cubes Ice plus crushed ice for serving
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass
25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Dip the rim into chilli salt or Tajín

In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle 2–3 slices of jalapeño
2-3 Jalapeños
Adjust the number of slices depending on your spice preference
Add ingredients to the shaker
50 ml Tequila, 15 ml Agave Syrup, 20 ml Triple Sec
Shake for around 15 seconds to blend the flavours and chill the liquid
Strain into the prepared glass over crushed ice
5-6 cubes Ice
Garnish with a jalapeño slice or lime wheel
