- 4 small chicken breasts or 8 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
- 150 ml/5¼fl oz double cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- Young spinach for serving

Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper.
