Ingredients
  

  • 4 small chicken breasts or 8 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
  • 150 ml/5¼fl oz double cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • Young spinach for serving
  • Boiled rice

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl, mix together the double cream, Worcestershire sauce, honey, paprika, and mustard.
