Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Lemon juice
  • Spices such as cumin, coriander, paprika, and turmeric
  • Chopped chicken breast
  • Vegetable oil
  • Freshly chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, spices, and seasoning. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.

  • Add the chopped chicken breast to the marinade and mix until the chicken is fully coated.

  • Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. This allows the flavors to infuse and tenderize the chicken.
  • After marinating, thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Brush the chicken with oil to prevent sticking.

  • Cook the skewers on a griddle plate, under the grill, or on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Make sure the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink on the inside.
  • Once cooked, remove the skewers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander over the griddled chicken tikka to enhance the flavors.
