In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, spices, and seasoning. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.

Add the chopped chicken breast to the marinade and mix until the chicken is fully coated.

Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. This allows the flavors to infuse and tenderize the chicken.
After marinating, thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Brush the chicken with oil to prevent sticking.

Cook the skewers on a griddle plate, under the grill, or on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Make sure the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink on the inside.
Once cooked, remove the skewers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander over the griddled chicken tikka to enhance the flavors.
