  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dry oregano
  • Salt

  • In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dry oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to create the marinade.

  • Cut 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.

  • Place the chicken cubes in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag and gently massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
  • Refrigerate the bag for 2-3 hours to allow the chicken to marinate and absorb the flavors.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
