  • The method involves processing the onion and garlic, extracting their juice, and mixing it with the marinade ingredients. Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and let them marinate for at least an hour to absorb the flavors. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.
