In a small bowl, mix the red wine vinegar, olive oil, hot smoked paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.

Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes or refrigerate for a few hours.

In another bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, and mayonnaise to create a creamy sauce.

Rinse the onion with boiling water to reduce its strong flavor.

Heat a frying pan and add the chicken fillets. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drizzle the marinade from the dish over the chicken towards the end of cooking.
Stuff the pitta bread with lettuce, carrot, onion, and the cooked chicken. Serve immediately.
