Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast cut into thin steaks
  • Lemon
  • White wine such as Chardonnay
  • Capers drained
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Flour & parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces and pound them to a 1/2cm thickness.

  • Drizzle the chicken with oil and coat it with the flour and parmesan mixture.

  • Cook the chicken in butter and oil until golden brown on both sides.

  • Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and clean it.
  • Add white wine to the pan and simmer until reduced by half.

  • Add lemon juice and swirl in cubed butter to create a glossy sauce.

  • Stir in capers and parsley to complete the sauce.
