- Chicken breast cut into thin steaks
- Lemon
- White wine such as Chardonnay
- Capers drained

- Flour & parmesan
Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces and pound them to a 1/2cm thickness.

Drizzle the chicken with oil and coat it with the flour and parmesan mixture.

Cook the chicken in butter and oil until golden brown on both sides.
