Ingredients

  • chopped tomatoes

  • tomato concentrate
  • pre-cooked chicken tikka
  • Maggi tamarind sauce
  • kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves
  • lemon juice
  • chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, sauté onions in vegetable oil until translucent.

  • Add garlic and ginger paste, spices, tomatoes, sugar, and mango chutney. Cook for 30 seconds.

  • Pour in chicken stock, bring to a boil, and blend until smooth.

  • In another pan, sauté onions and optional green chillies.
  • Add tomato concentrate, simmer, and add the blended curry base.
  • Add pre-cooked chicken tikka and simmer for a few minutes.

  • Stir in lemon juice, tamarind sauce, and kasuri methi.
