Ingredients
  

  • Boneless chicken breasts or thighs cut into small cubes.
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Cornstarch
  • Various sauces soy sauce, chili sauce, and optionally tomato sauce for the tangy and spicy sauce.

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until it turns golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger. Add onions, bell peppers, and sauces (ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce). Simmer for a few minutes.

  • Mix cornstarch with water and add it to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the fried chicken to the pan and toss it well in the sauce until fully coated.
  • Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve the Chicken Manchurian as an appetizer or with rice or noodles.
