Chop the onions, garlic, carrots, celery, and courgette into small pieces.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook the vegetables for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken mince and cook for another 3-4 minutes until it turns white.

Layer the chicken sauce with lasagne sheets in an oven dish.
150 g lasagne sheets
Mix creme fraiche and milk together, then pour over the lasagne.

Sprinkle grated cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
50 g grated cheddar cheese, 20 g grated parmesan
Bake in a preheated oven at the specified temperature until golden and bubbling.
Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
