  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder optional
  • 1 to 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
