Ingredients
  

  • 500 g minced ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger grated
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder adjust to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Cook for a minute until fragrant.

  • Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.

  • Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.

  • Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down and the spices are well blended.
