Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.

Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.

Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down and the spices are well blended.
Season with salt according to your taste preference.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
