Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken thigh into thin slices.

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch.

  • Mix the sauce ingredients: chicken stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, MSG, sugar, and Shaoxing wine.

  • Blanch the chow mein noodles to remove excess starch.

  • Pan-fry the noodles until crispy.
