Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ciabatta loaf or 4 thick slices crusty white bread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large cos or romaine lettuce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 anchovies from a tin
  • Medium block parmesan or Grano Padano cheese
  • 5 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Tear the ciabatta bread into big pieces and drizzle olive oil over them. Bake in the oven at 200C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
    1 medium ciabatta loaf, 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and cook them in a pan for 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
    2 skinless, 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Mash garlic and anchovies in a small bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, and white wine vinegar. Mix well.
    1 garlic clove, Medium block parmesan or Grano Padano cheese, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked chicken and croutons.
    1 large cos or romaine lettuce
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
    2 anchovies from a tin
  • Serve the salad with shaved parmesan cheese on top.
