Ingredients
  

  • 650 g chicken breast 4 breasts
  • 75 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g tortilla chips spicy flavored
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic granules
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, oregano, paprika, garlic granules, sea salt, and black pepper.

  • Coat each chicken breast with the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.

  • In a separate bowl, crush the tortilla chips into fine crumbs.

  • Roll each coated chicken breast in the crushed tortilla chips, pressing gently to adhere the chips to the surface.

  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare the hot honey mayo by mixing together mayonnaise, hot sauce, and honey in a small bowl.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing each cooked chicken breast on a bun.
