  • Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F). This ensures a perfectly golden crust.
  • In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and garlic, sautéing until they become translucent. Toss in sliced mushrooms next, cooking them until tender and slightly browned.
